I ordered a meal through the drive thru and paid at the window. I had to go inside the store to pick up my order since I had to... use the restroom. Once I was about to leave they claimed that I had not paid yet, which I told them I paid at the drive thruwindow. They insisted I didn't pay even though I showed them the pending charge on my credit card. They assured me that thesecond pending charge will drop. Of course, the duplicate charge did NOT get dropped and BOTH posted on my credit card. I askedfor a refund on Monday 10/13. I called back today (10/13) they said the store owner was too busy to deal with my duplicatecharge. They said they do not know how long it will take him to take care of it. This is ridiculous!! Gluten-Free option! Some places will call it a lettuce wrap and put a piece of lettuce on the top and bottom of the meat, but... Jimmy John's actually makes it a wrap that you can hold with one hand to eat! There was a good amount of fresh lettuce and Istill got the regular amount of toppings as I would in a sub. It took about 45 minutes to get our order delivered. We were at a park, about 1/4 mile from Jimmy Johns. The delivery had 5... large drinks, without the tops on securely, in a box, but not in a drink holder to keep them stable. It only took about 30seconds for one drink to spill, and then we learned that they gave us no napkins with the order, and the driver had none to giveus either. Incredibly disappointing. Read more

I just left the drive thru and I just got home and my order is incorrect. I called and asked to see if I could get the incorrect... sandwich replaced with the correct order. I was told but the manager Shane to come back for the correct sandwich. I asked ifthere was any way I could get the correct sandwich replaced, I would even pay the delivery fee but was told no. I had to comeback. I cannot because I have a meeting to attend. Unfortunately the sandwich I ordered was veggie for another person who cannoteat meat and the one received was with turkey. My other sandwich was missing items requested. Poor Customer service and noresponse from management. We will never come back after this type of service. I will make sure that you are not recommended toothers as well. Lack of care and response from the manager means some training should be performed. Chk#116 ??
