The picture is extra crispy. Every single employee needs to be fired from this location or just shut down this location. This... location is the reason I don?t like kfc anymore. My girlfriend had a craving so we ordered some food. They got almost everythingwrong, literally the only thing they did correctly on the order was give us mashed potatoes and gravy. The other 4 items wereeither wrong or missing. I would give this place 0 stars if I could they don?t even deserve 1 star. I can?t recommend highlyenough to get you food from literally anywhere else. Left me waiting a long time, gave me the wrong order I'd already specified the name on because he'd said the wrong one, then... left me waiting forever again. I had to yell three times for them to even notice I was there. Read more
This place is the worst. We've been here twice. Once for KFC and once for root beer floats. When we went for chicken the food... was greasy and just kind of gross. Plus, they got the order wrong. Then another time, on impulse, we got two root beer floatshere. Each one had about one teaspoon of ice cream in it. That's just terrible. Go somewhere else. gave no sauce after being asked 3 times and forgot nearly half of our order and the cod looked as if a child cooked it ,wasn't... even busy so I don't understand why .I thought KFC was better then this.maybe they just don't care about their customers Read more
Quite weird kfc doesn't have the zinger burger but only regular cheeseburgers. I ordered one and it was quite okay. came quickly... and the staff were nice taking the order, place seemed a bit dirty and not taken care off. Read more
This was the 1st and last time that I will visit this particular establishment. Visit was on 6/17 around 7:45p, guy taking our... order was nice, our food came quickly, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, the cheese was not melted, very dry and then noticed a workerstanding and eating where they prepare the food, another worker plopping mashed potatoes in a container, missed and scooped itback in the container and co-worker (older blonde) laughing, after witnessing this, was done. My friend and I waited 15 minutes for fresh chicken . Chicken looks old the fries were not the best we ordered a rootbeer and... cherry Pepsi. Rootbeer is sweet like cough medicine .Cherry Pepsi tastes like chemicals . Very dissatisfied please check what'sgoing on with drink machine before someone gets sick please. Read more
I usually get my chicken from here but I feel like the quality of the service has gone down. Especially when it comes to Door... dash and Uber eats. On that platform they forgot two items. And when going through the drive thru. They are absent. I tried toorder an 8pc and it was total silence. Waited for about 5 min and nothing. So I'll go to Popeys and get my chicken from there.At least they are more responsive there than here. Read more
