Worst customer service rude employees. I came thru the drive thru at night and as I was ordering the employee in the first... window made me feel so unwelcome while I was ordering he just kept saying ?ok? ?ok? all rude and annoyed after every sentencethat I would say. I will drive to the McDonalds on 287 before I ever go back to this McDonald's. The person at the 1st window taking the order... was rude and acted like we were putting him out. Then we get to the second window and our order was wrong and they acted again,as if we were putting them out. It wasn't even busy they were standing around chatting so apparently they were too busy talkingand couldn't even read a simple order. Food was ok. Service was fast but i did not get my bbq sauce after asking 3 times and 2 straws short. I guess they were busy.
Changing this to a 5star. Whoever the lady is working jul 5 @ 1:24pm tatto and light grey shirt is awesome. I wouldn't recommend ordering a large fry at this location. The amount of fries you get in a large is more like a small. Every... time! They're fast, and most often friendly, but terrible with filling a fry box. This photo of the fries has got to be theworst we've received, they're usually filled slightly more than this, but this time it was worth posting. ???? Not many places were open so this was a last resort, i set the bar so low it was practically on the ground and they managed to... still go so below the bar they had to dig to get under it. Spicy chicken sandwich had a small dot of sauce and my big Mac had adot of sauce and only one patty. The one patty i did have was so thin i almost couldn't even find it. My burger was 80% bun and100% disappointing. Mcdonalds you have managed to give me the worst burger i have ever had in my life, and i have even eaten atburger king before. ???????????? Read more
