Absolutely horrid customer service! I ordered a pizza online and was told to pick it up at 8 PM. I realized they closed at... that time so I showed up early. They would not take my cash payment because the register was closed. I told them it was not8pm so why was the register closed. They told me the register was closed and I could not take my payment or my pizza which wasmade. They said I should have paid via credit card on line.....WHAT! I asked why the give the option online to pay at thestore. I received a blank stare. It gets better, I was told I could come back the next day and pick up my pizza and pay cashfor it then......WHAT! The food is great. They do need to learn how to use their online system. I ordered a pizza for the evening in the morning... online. When I got there to pick it up they hadn't started the pizzas because they didn't know how to take online orders. Theyoffered to make them quickly except now they were out of the original family crust I had ordered. So I settled for family thincrust. The employees made amends by giving me free cookie dough. Yes, they... actually wash their hands and yes they actually wear gloves and don't touch all kinds of stuff in-between prep (like they haveactually been trained in handling raw products) ???? This Papa Murphy's location was clean and neat. The staff was quick and friendly. If you are unfamiliar with Papa Murphy's be... sure to speak with your cashier and ask for baking directions. I've been to other stores that don't tell you upfront or outrightthat you can bake it directly on the sheet it comes on and the packaging doesn't state it either (as of this review).....2years..... 2 years I have been fighting to get this deliciously floppy uncooked monster of a pizza from one tray to another.Don't be like me kids....ask the nice people first. ????
