I don't know who the lady is but there is lady who definitely hates her job. She gave attitude the whole time and because I was... in the passenger I was able to see her roll her eyes and twist her head whenever my wife wasn't fast enough. Went with 15 minutes before close- normally don?t do that I work in customer service last minutes are always the worst- we had... our order planned out we waited in a stall for 5 minutes nothing went into the drive through while other cars are in itordering. the car pulled up after ordering and then the workers turned all the lights off on us , we still had 9 minutes untilclose and while we were in the drive through. Extremely disrespectful with no warning. Usually love this place but won?t be backfor awhile. I know that really has no effect on a chain but it does to us. Read more

Went to this location the other day at about 4pm & they literally stopped taking orders without any explanation as to why. No... signs or anything. People just sitting there waiting & waiting. Totally Ridiculous! The only people they were helping were theones that walked up & sat on the patio. Drive in & drive thru, NO SERVICE FOR YOU! Won't be coming back here anytime soon. GoodJob Sonic! Over 10 minutes to pick up 1 drink order placed on the app. Had to press the red button to get for them to finally bring it out... and seemed bothered i was teaching out. Didn't even apologize for the wait. I What do you expect when bunch of young kids withno customer service skills are running the place. As almost every other reviewer is saying, the nighttime ?supervisor? decided to close at 8pm on Sunday when the location is... supposed to be open till 9pm. I placed an online order before 8pm which he refused to honor even after I had been politelywaiting for 20 minutes. I pressed the button and spoke with him, he refused to make my order OR issue me a refund. All he saidwas ?we?re supposed to be open until 9pm but it?s father?s day and I want to go home.? Then the twerp hung up on me. Well, Ididn?t ask you if you wanted to go home early, and now you?ve stolen actual money from me in addition to wasting my lunch hour.There were 4 workers inside messing around doing nothing. They turned away 6-7 customers in the 20 minutes I was there. This isunacceptable. I expect a full refund and compensation for this obscenely rude behavior. Read more

Showed up at 8:30 PM on a Friday night looking forward to having an ice cream with my husband, only to be told in a rude tone... that they are cleaning the ice cream machine for the night and cannot make anything. We think whatever we?ll try anotherlocation only to be told the exact same thing. Why would they post the hours for 9 PM only to close 30 minutes earlier? I getthey are trying to get out as soon as possible but seriously where is the management? This isn?t acceptable customer service,especially for a place that is well known for their ice cream. We have never had a bad experience at our Sonic?s in Texas. Won?tbe returning to any Colorado Sonic?s if this is how they are run. Read more

They really need to get it together at this Sonic. Well, all Sonics. I understand this chain is run by hormonal teenagers who... tend to lack a strong ethic but can you at least just stay open kinda close to your hours? You will not drive by a Sonic inColorado that has its outer lights on past 7pm. Won't happen. I picture them all huddled inside holding their breath justwaiting for 720 to close early. Playing dead. You can't leave people sitting in your drive through for 10 minutes while you arepretending you know how to count change, and then tell them you are not taking any more orders for the night...3 nights a week.Way before closing. It happens all the time! I'm sorry that we, as parents and role models let you down kids because it's notjust a few of you. Take pride in your job. No matter where it is. I promise you you will feel better about all the hard work youthought about doing if you actually do it. Sonic is lucky I am addicted to their ice. Read more
