2 girls working there completely ignored me at the door, instead of letting me know they didn?t open the lobby because of them... being LAZY There?s no excuse COVID is OVER there?s no mandates on lobby?s being closed ! SHORT STAFF ISNT THE ISSUE EITHER theyjust want to play around and not have to do their job! ?You can use the drive thru? no? not with a trash truck or a semi ! Lobby is always locked, so I called and asked how I could order 2 cheesy gordita crunches. I was told that I was allowed to walk... through the drive thru but after 10 minutes of waiting to get up to the screen, was told the opposite and had to leave emptyhanded. Not the first issue or the first time I've had issues with getting food or the food quality, when I have the few times.And over the course of the last 6 months, has seemed to get worse. Read more

Ordered the exact same thing twice $50 each time just to see if they would give you the taco bell sauces when ordering through... Uber eats. You can actually select the sauces in the order. Both orders none. I'll say it again. No one eats taco bell with outthe sauces manager. QC those orders Read more

Horrible, just horrible. I waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes. When I finally got to where I can order, I... waited another 30 minutes. The person taking my order said that they only had 2 people working (Keep that in mind) I gave themmy order but they did not repeat my order so I could make sure it was correct and they also didn't tell me to pull up to thewindow. I eventual pulled up to the window and noticed that there were 4 people working. I kindly asked "Can you repeat my orderfor me please?" The person at the window replied with 1 of the things I ordered. I order 6 things. I had to repeat my order andwhen my food came I saw that instead of my 2 cinnamon twist that I ordered, there was 2 bean burritos in its place. I also askedto no beans on my nachos. What did I see? They're having a hard time finding staff members so they have to close at 5pm everyday. The staff that they do have are golden!... They make the food quickly and assemble like they care. I hope Taco Bell corporate treats them well! Read more

This location has gone completely down hill. I've not been here one time in the last 2 months when they were actually open. We... sat in the drive thru lane for 10 min to be told at the speaker they were closed. The people in front of us got to order. Therewas no sign saying they were closed until we got to the drive thru window. The drive thru guy was outside hitting his vape andwatching us all in line and SAID NOTHING. This is one of many unpleasant and unprofessional experiences at this location. Shutthis place down if you can't keep the doors open and the staff professional. Horrid! Read more

Super slow and always short staffed. They also are notorious for getting orders wrong. If you want to go to taco bell take the... time to drive to another one, it will be the same amount of time as waiting in the drive thru. Read more
