The staff were extremely accommodating; we had reservations for the patio but a storm had passed through earlier & they had... closed the patio for the evening. We completely understood but because we weren’t comfortable dining inside we decided to tryanother nearby restaurant with a patio. As we were leaving, they asked us to stay & cleaned up a patio table for us! It was sothoughtful & kind- we really appreciated their efforts on our behalf. Their wine list was lengthy plus many delicious cocktails& beer choices. We ordered a couple of different appetizers & dessert (the menu was marvelously eclectic)- all were absolutelydelicious. We thought they closed at 10 but (finally!) realizing they were closing at 9 we quickly finished up; they were stillcompletely gracious despite ALL our (unintentional) diva-like ways. I can’t say enough good things about the lovely, relaxingtime we had at this unique restaurant. Read more

First time I came here visiting from our of sate for a quick meal. It was a nice bottle of wine that i had along side some... blistered peppers and french onion soup which I was dying to try along with a glass of Prosecco to start. It was a short trip toColorado but a good filling meal to get me back on the road. Cant wait to travel to Colorado again to hopefully return Read more

First time ever having the schnitzel and I will say its the best I’ve had so far. Asked around for a good local restaurant to... go to and was told to come here. The drink was fantastic as well as the food. Cooked to the T on everything. Bread of the maindish was crunchy perfect amount around the veal. Perfect chew to the veal fully cooked. Mash potatoes buttery and lightlyseasoned really paired with the jam/jelly. Drink i had with the meal was highland park 12 yr, Viking Honor. Amazing taste ofspices, orange, and a smokey flavor. Not over powering at all! Will most definitely return and bring more friends with me nexttime. Staffing in the restaurant is great a-lot of friendly faces and service. Cant wait to try the new dishes in the upcomingmonths and hopefully years. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised dining at this restaurant. European inspired cuisine. Family owned by two brothers. We had a large... part that they accommodated on the patio. The owners did something extra special for us which was a nice surprise. Staff wasvery communicative about getting all the orders out. One of the appetizers was mussels, and I decided to try them for they firsttime. Yum! The old saying that good things come to those who wait is certainly true with such wonderful, delicious and flavoredfood such as theirs. For the main course, I picked the gnocchi portobello with the recommended wine pairing. Pairing was onpoint and complemented the sauce in the food most sincerely. A real treat for my taste buds. Asked for the chef to pick mydessert which was the creme brulee. It had a perfect break and although it was chilled, it was most enjoyable. I definitelyrecommend you try them out, especially for a date night. Read more

We had the Prosciutto é Melone and the Burratta as starters, the Beef bourguignon and the Gnocchi alla'Matricianna as our... mains...finished it off with a Cappuccino, a Caffe Latte, Fragole Dessert and a Crème brûlée. Starters were delicious andquickly brought out... gotta warn you... the fresh bread is not your typical bread (although quite tasty) , the soft texturemade it seem a bit underdone and doughy, but to be fair... it may be how that is supposed to be. We didn't hate it, but didn'tlove it either. You form your own opinion. The main courses took quite a bit to arrive, but we're FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, they had a table of 19 before us, so we totally understood what the kitchen and wait staff went through, so no biggie on thewait time. The coffee...a fantastically delicious blend of dark Brazilian biogenetic blend. Just wished the sweeteners had beenoffered when served. The Crème brûlée was some of the best my wife has had, but the Fragole Dessert was where it fell short(for me). Don't get me wrong, I ate every bit, but the sweetness level (of the mascarpone/ricotta) was off. Also, the balance ofthe strawberries to cream blend was a bit off (which may have hurt the sweetness level). I love the idea and will definitely"experiment" with it. Only a few minor issues (like, clearing the silverware with the starters and serving the mains without areplacement, until we asked). Again, that 19 top may have overwhelmed the staff of 2-3 servers, but they got through it and weboth expected hiccups because of it. Will definitely try it again, if only to try the rest of the menu and we're sure thingswill improve to allow us to give all 5 stars next time. Happy we decided on Vinca that night. PS. Apologies for missing apicture of the Prosciutto é Melone, but I was starving and it's my favorite thing, so I started eating before I realized I hadnot taken a picture.! Yum!!! Read more

Food was excellent. Perfectly cooked steak and salmon. Damn that salmon was juicy. Veggies were all seasoned just right. ... Defs can dress casual or fancy depending on how you feel. The vibe is understated with an aire of class. Service was awesome,we had such a good time! Only negative comment is that the cheesecake on special right now is overcooked. It gets chunky asyou get to the edges. Oof. Still a five star joint, mistakes happen. The apple strudel was flawless, go with that. Read more
