Ordered take-out for 18:00 today. Got there at 18:01, grabbed the food and it was warm turning to cold. Must have been ready... since earlier. Nonetheless, the coleslaw and tartare sauce were nowhere to be found. I won’t order take-out anymore from here.NEVER EVER. Read more

Great service, good beer, but not the best place for food, I tried 2 of the house specialities and got very disappointed, soup... d'oignon and lilloise flammekueche, skip them since they look better in the menu than in reality. Nevertheless I must admit thatthe 3 brasseurs burger is good and the really must have dessert is the liège gofre, definitely you cannot leave this placewithout trying this one. It's usually crowded since Thursday and over the weekend, so try to get a reservation to avoid the longwaiting times. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. To start, they forgot our appetizer. Fine, our main course is on the way. Hamburgers arrived... and we had to wait 5 min for utensils to be brought to us. The hamburger patty was burned. Inedible. The waiter offered tore-make the food. Fine, we asked for water> didn’t arrive. We had to ask a second time. We then finally received thehamburgers again. Still overcooked, but better than before. The waiter sent the manager over because he could see we weren’thappy with our experience even tho we told him we were fine. The manager offered us a dessert and guess what??? See the picture.There was a hair… The manager offered to take off a meal from our bill- we accepted it even if we think we shouldn’t havehad to pay at all for this MESS!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Food was good and drinks were good. The issue was with the service. We were rushed by the waitress to get our orders. We asked... for a few more minutes to look at the menu and she gave us the "not happy look". We started with the drink- a pitcher. we were3 adults and I child. She bought 2 glasses, we asked for a third, yet again she gave us the look. Then we started ordering food.Yet again, she is giving us that not impressed look. The whole experience was terrible. When the food came, we asked thewaitress for an extra set of cutlery as there is someone with allergy. She totally forgot about that, we have to ask anotherwaitress to get it. She never came back to check on us. There was an order missing, she were no where to be found for us toinquire about it. Once we finish our meal, we just want the check and leave. We have to ask her twice. She came back and gave usthe check and left the machine on our table and left. Not even asking about our meal or anything. We waited for 5 minutes forher to collect the card machine back, but she never did. We took the machine and track her down. She was chatting with anothercolleague instead of coming to the table. We are disappointed with the dinning experiences. Such a shame. Read more
