EDIT - They finally replied to my concerns, 2 months later, after 4 communication attempts, with a generic "we'll look into it".... I don't know what is going on with this company, but it's clearly not working. Very disappointing as I used to love CopperBranch. I stood there waiting 20 minutes after making the order, little explanation for the delay, basically being ignored,people after me getting their food first, no attempt by the workers to try and do something about it. Good luck! Ever getting a hold of them via phone or on skip. Hit or miss, mainly miss with this store. All other copper branches... i order from answer or confirm a skip order. I've racked up a lot of skip credits from cancellations because of non confirmedorders within their opnening hours of this particular store. Went there to get a gift card. Asked the person at the cash she did not seem to know how to proceed therefore she asked another... employee which told me she have to ask her supervisor. No exaggeration I had to ask twice if I was going to get the gift cardand all that in a span of 20 minutes where in reality this is an easy 5 minutes transaction. Never did she kept me in the loop Ihad to keep on asking. In the end I left as she told me her supervisor is in the bathroom she was waiting for him to come outwhen the whole time of the discussion he was in the kitchen and only went to the bathroom the last 5 minutes of my wait. Poor food quality. They gave stale and burnt frites. When complained, they pretended to make again but served the same ones and... reduced the quantity. The ambiance was also not upto the mark. Their branch in downtown Montreal is much better than this and Ihave never had such issue with them. Read more

Supper nice staff. Very clean. Wonderfull food for any healthy taste. And the atmosphere.... The owner wasn't greedy when was... building it. Probably the cleanest and nicest toilet room out of all fast foods. Read more
