I have been to most of the Montreal Juliette et Chocolat and this one is definitely not up to the standard of the other... locations. The waiting time to be seated is very long even if the place is not full and tables are waiting to be cleaned. Thedelay to place the order and get served does not seems reasonable compared to the other locations. I still love the food but youwill have to be very patient if you want to eat there. Read more

It is opened only for 50% capacity. Half resto is empty. Balcony is only for take out only. And beware, the take out menu has... limited item only. The staffs are friendly but they are staff shortage. Good luck if you try order lot of food. My last visitwaited for 45 mins for 4 adults dish and 2 kid menu. I heard lot the good review about the brownie here. So I tried 2 andtotal disappointed. A good brownie should be chewy inside and crispy outside. The Brownie here is melted in your mouth. Got UE delivery today, as you can see the smoothies were not sealed, the plastics straws were in them and one of the straws was... dirty inside, with what looks like residue from the smoothie it was in : Irresponsible, disgusting, never again. Read more

The food is good but this place is very poorly managed. We waited 30 minutes in line as it seems that they are still operating... at 50% capacity even though the government has lifted that restriction a couple of weeks ago. This is one of the best branch of Juliette Chocolate ????, the place clean and great environment. The service was great and the... staff was friendly and helpful. We like the menu and food/deserts. However, service is slow as usual. We waited to be seated for a while. We were given the... option to reserve only at 9 pm . We went there at 8 to take a nice walk. We approached the staff to let them know that we arearound and no need to wait until 9 pm considering that we had the kids with us. MANY tables were empty, but the staff did notallow us is until 8:45 pm. I found that very weird considering I am from a restaurant background. That’s is the reason forlosing the 2 points.
