Bottom Line: Horrible service and chicken has no flavor. Not the KFC chicken found in the states. We spent 10 minutes at the... drive thru speaker and no one responded. Had to finally go inside the store to order. Ordering was so complicated. They got theorder wrong and I had to wait to reorder and pay to make it right. Overall a horrible experience. Management might want tore-train the staff and check on the chicken recipe, because they are missing at least 9 out of the 11 herbs and spices.. ???? Read more
They cancelled my order because they were closed at 10pm, 30mins earlier than it supposed to be. I?ve been waiting for an hour... and was super starving that night. You got to love some PFK. The service is a little slow but worth waiting. The staff had no problem making up for the slow... service with extra fries ????. All together, PFK is a great quick stop for the best chicken in the area. Read more
We ordered the Original recipe bucket which consisted of 20 pieces of hand-breaded bone-in chicken. The chicken was crispy and... well-seasonned. The meat was surprisingly not too dry. The worse piece of chicken I've ever had. Ordered the 18pcs bucket via UberEATS on a Thursday night around 8. The store calls me... 15min after to tell me that they only have 16pcs, and asks if it's okay to add 2 tenders. So, i say yes, but no tenders wereincluded in the order.
