They can't get a Moka here right 80% of the time. Even when I told the guy once that there was the chocolate syrup missing, he... told me it's not supposed to have. After going in, he was corrected by someone who actually knew better and didn't shut down acustomer immediately. Seems he was new, which is a fair excuse, but why pretend like you know better when new? In any event,overall they tend to mess up orders often. Read more

-Saturday, September 24th 2022 around 10 pm- Waited 30 min+ in the drive-through to be told they had no coffee. We had also... asked for a Caramel Sundae. They barely put any caramel. So we asked for more and he went away to "add" more. He didn't add muchlet me tell you. The Sundae tasted disgusting!! The caramel tasted minty, hard and expired.???? I only come here when I'm in a rush but am disappointed every single time. Service is extremely slow, they always forget the... salsa or sauce when we ask for it, they always give fries with a happy meal when we ask for apples, and the coffee never hasenough sugar. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Dix30 or La Prairie McDonald's instead. Read more
The worst service. Waited in the drive thru for 25min and nothing was moving. No one was able to place orders. And the worst... part about this is that there was almost nobody in line. I was be treated badly by Carole this morning when I picking up my mobile order. For some reason, nobody answered at the drive... through area nor at the window. I waited for a while before moving forward to the pickup window. Without listening to thesituation, Carole shouting at me and asking me to go back to drive through. I tried explaining to her, but she would not listenbesides shouting. There were few others staffs witnessed the entire situation. At the end, it was confirmed that they werehaving a technical issue.
