This place used to be one of my favorite spots. I didn't go for some time and today I was pretty disappointed. My burrito was... overfilled and very hard to eat. The rice inside was cold. The only working bathroom didn't have toilet paper. The tables weredirty and sticky and the worst was that they were too cheap to provide is with glasses of water free of charge. Worst burrito that I ever ate. I took the biggest one to have more inside, there was litteraly 5 pieces of chicken, I even added... an extra meat and I could only taste the rice. All the employees look like we forced them to work. Read more

Very nice and enthusiastic employees. The food is very good and filling. The only downside is that it is a bit expense but the... portions are big enough for what they cost. You wouldnt go there every week. Read more

The food is so so for its price 15$ for a quesadilla vege crubs that's not worth it

Today I went to Mucho Burrito for a take out order. I ordered two burritos, the service was lacking. The employee was mumbling... his way through the order and clearly didn't want to be there. That is fine - at the en d of the day we all have our ups anddowns. As I proceeded down for topping - the next employee seemed to lack the concept of time and would disappear to the back toget cheese when it was right there. (not to mention he added like 5 shreds of it in the burrito). As I was waiting, I noticedall the clients were on edge about their experience. I witnessed the lady behind me ask for no beans and the employee addedthem. She requested to have that corrected as her son was a picky eater - he just looked around blankly for a solid minute andthen proceeded to pick them off with his hands and throw them back into the original container with beans. When I left therestaurant - I figured let me call and advise them to be careful especially given us being in a pandemic - we should be mindfulof cross contamination. The person I spoke to proceeded to reply "so what- she didn't get the beans." I told him that I don'tthink he is understanding the point of my call but he proceeded to be rude and I gave up. I did say I don't think this is inyour capacity to understand so it's fine. He replied with the use of profanity ended the call. Read more
