We went to Petinos in the afternoon when they were about to close the kitchen. They had a strange rule about ordering, everyone... must order even if they are not hungry. We ended up ordering four items which was too much and had to take an entire plate home.The Gaspésien benedict was absolutely delicious and I still have cravings for it. The waffle was okay, but too sweet. The freshfruits were not ripe, but custard dip was okay. Please do not order any drinks, they were extraordinarily sweet and seemed likeit was made out of grocery store syrup rather than fruits. Read more

Petinos expanded! We didn?t have to wait for a table. We ordered the American breakfast (the steak was definitely bigger than i... expected) and it did not disappoint. Perfectly seared and seasoned. The smoked meat was melting and flavourful. The friedchicken part of the chicken and waffle was so so. The chicken had too much breading but the waffle was very good! Read more

Wonderful brunch place. Our waiter was funny and really nice. Got our plates in no time depsite the crowd. The portions are huge... ! Everything tasted great. Their combos with waffles, crepes or pancakes are a must ! Do not expect to eat another meal aftergoing to Petinos, you'll be full for the whole day. Read more

The service staff know their menu very well. Very kind waiters, and waitresses, that are completely bilingual! Massive servings!... Very generous on the bacon ! I dare you to eat it all :) I have recommended this place to a few people and every person has beenvery satisfied. Will continue to go back there as it is our new family favorite.
