Last week, we ordered a grilled chicken arrabbiata large pizza, was charged accordingly, picked up the "correct" order, yet to... our surprise, there wasn't a single piece of chicken on the entire pizza. We were essentially served with a vegetarian pizza,but charged for a "signature" pizza. Impossible to correct online order - despite being sure we chose delivery, it recorded as a pick-up. Website wouldn't even let... us pick the restaurant closer to home, so we had to take this one. Any attempt to join the restaurant by phone was met withfailure, which is the only way to correct anything. We called over 20 times, on two phones! The one time my partner managed toget someone on the line, he asked if they spoke french and was hung up on without a word. What the heck?? Their 555 deal is one of the best in terms of pizza places, hard to beat. The pan fried pizzas were crispy and juicy with a lot... of toppings. Ordered online to pick up in person, service was good and quick. Can't go wrong with pizza hut! Read more
