Last week, we ordered a grilled chicken arrabbiata large pizza, was charged accordingly, picked up the "correct" order, yet to... our surprise, there wasn't a single piece of chicken on the entire pizza. We were essentially served with a vegetarian pizza,but charged for a "signature" pizza. Worst of all was the disregard from Pizza Hut's customer care/head office, which hasignored two requests for a callback thus far. Read more

Impossible to correct online order - despite being sure we chose delivery, it recorded as a pick-up. Website wouldn't even let... us pick the restaurant closer to home, so we had to take this one. Any attempt to join the restaurant by phone was met withfailure, which is the only way to correct anything. We called over 20 times, on two phones! The one time my partner managed toget someone on the line, he asked if they spoke french and was hung up on without a word. What the heck?? Their 555 deal is one of the best in terms of pizza places, hard to beat. The pan fried pizzas were crispy and juicy with a lot... of toppings. Ordered online to pick up in person, service was good and quick. Can't go wrong with pizza hut! Read more

We ordered the Game Night Meal which consisted of two medium pizzas, 14 boneless bites, 2 dips and a 2L Pepsi. The grilled... chicken arrabbiata pizza was seasoned grilled chicken breast, green pepper, roasted red pepper, red onion, pesto marinatedtomato, chili flakes and pizza mozzarella. The Super Supreme Lover's pizza was filled with pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, mildsausage, beef topping, green pepper, sliced mushrooms, red onion, black olives and pizza mozzarella. Had pizza hut carryout, had 50% off so it was $12 for a large. For that price, it was pretty good. Had 5 toppings. Thin crust... was good but I prefer domino more, their thin crust is more crunchy. The smell of the pizza was good, decent amount ofingredients. Clerk was ????, wish he could be a bit happier. Read more
Worst Pizza Hut you could go to. Not the friendliest of staff and 2 of my last 5 orders have had mistakes. When you try to tell... the manager something was wrong with your order, he doesn?t even care. Tonight is the last time I?m ordering from thisparticular location. Go to the one in Greenfield park instead, much better location if need to order Pizza Hut. Read more
