The food is delicious that is something that I give this restaurant, I tried lots of things on the menu and it’s really good.... The drinks are soso, bartender needs a little bit more training on making the classics. Order wine or beer to be on the safeside. Where they loose 2 stars is in the quality of service offered, first they have to tell people that they are paying forwater if they don’t offer tap water. Waitresses and waiters are pretty nice with their service but you can see the douchyvibes in the atmosphere. Read more

The review could have been a 5 star for the food itself and the ambiance, but unfortunately the experience here makes it a 1.... They ask you if you want water but don’t tell you that it’s 6.00 for a bottle. They won’t give you tap water. They charge2$ extra for Coke than 7up for some reason, asked us to leave because they needed the table. Definitely would go anywhere elseif I had a choice. Read more

If you want good authentic Italian food, this is a solid choice! It has a perfect variety of classic Italian dishes and... appetizers. I tried the Gnocchi cacio e pepe, which you don't see very often. Highly recommend this dish. One thing that isannoying is that if you want water, you have to take their bottled water, they don't offer standard water. Overall, this shouldbe on your short list! Read more

They serve good quality products and food but unfortunately the lack of service will make take over your evening quite rapidly... rather than enjoying your foods. Yes its pricey, but at that price customers expect a certain level of service. Waiters took 20minutes to come get our order, another 30-35 minutes to start getting our food. Ordered a 26$ plate plus fees and taxes of cavatelli and buratta and got spaghetti!! Ontop of that over cooked spaghetti. How is... this done? Like seriously, so disappointing and would not recommend. Pizza also came cold, box not even hot or moist to say thatthe pizza was hot and uncut. But the 26$ for a maybe 18$ plate of over cooked spaghetti is unbelievable. Read more

Went to Sofia while shopping at 10-30. The service is amazing and staff is really great with the kids and teens. Food is... really good from the appetizer to the main course (must try the fried calamari). The reason we gave it 4 stars is because wefound the price pricey for the portions given. It was my first time to this restaurant and I truly enjoyed it. I've always loved Italian culture in general but I am far from... an expert, I know enough to know I am attracted to the culture and I decided to spend time learning more. The decor is sogorgeous, when we went inside I was already happy. There were those huge mirrors or windows that had me asking questions for theentirety of my experience: Can I go look at myself there? The food was delicious! like really! and the very nice lady servingus was really friendly and understanding. I ordered a red sangria! BOYYYYY.... THE BEST.
