The soup and salad bar was filled with lots of fresh and tasty choices. And we all REALLY enjoyed our meals. The Portuguese... chicken is my absolute favorite. First of all, the food was mediocre, but that happens sometimes and it?s never a reason to leave a bad review. But, we were... assigned a server named Sarah who clearly spoke english, but pretended she didn't. What isn?t fine is that she would roll hereyes every time we spoke english words even if they were universal, such as pasta which she obviously knows what that means??She brought two of our items wrong and proceeded to nag about receiving a low tip on a $15 bill even though my friend tipped her15% on his 40$ bill. She told me off and was being rude and told me I HAD to give her at least 15%. Then I proceeded to tell herthat her service was simply bad and she rolled her eyes and walked away with attitude and kept staring at me. We picked up a meal - it was ready within the 15 min it said and I was happy that they were punctual. One of the plates looked... nothing like the picture on the menu to the point that I wondered if there was a mix up. Chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Frieswere ok. Instead of a coleslaw we got a second cup of gravy :/ I guess mistakes happen... Overall I was very underwhelmed by themeal and mind you we were starved and far from picky. Read more

I ordered the club sandwich with the salad bar. A bit disappointing since the chicken in the club sandwich was really dry and... honestly was a bit too much. The bacon instead was really tiny, I could barely taste it. Later on the takeout menu I saw that Icould actually choose between dark and white meat, but the waitress did not ask me when I placed my order. The salad bar is thesame as I remembered. I kinda wish there is a sign at the entrance letting the guest know about the ?soup of the day? since itkeeps changing. The chicken breast with fries for $14 might not be the best deal ever. I mean, you can get that for $10 elsewhere. However ,... with $1 more you can get access to the salad bar, which I think is a good deal. The chicken and fries were just all right,nothing spectacular, and not different from what you can eat anywhere else. Salads were pretty good! I was going to give 4stars, but it comes to my mind that this can actually be not only a good deal but also a healthy choice, specially for someoneneeding to lose a few kilos! Just substitute the fries for something else and go for the water, which of course is free (nosoda/pop or any other drinks). The employees were also very friendly and the overall ambiance, pleasant. I like the chicken and the children love the unlimited salad bar. Prices are fair and ambiance is cozy. Staff was very... accommodating and super nice. One of our kids spilled a glass of water and the staff mopped the floor really quickly and broughtanother glass of water within a minute without any contention. Read more
