2022/11/26 Ordered and Went around 730am to pick up the order, store did not indicate they are closed, they just ignored us and... few customers after us instead of coming to us and tell us they are not ready yet (as they supposed open around 630 and theyhave no signed about store being closed) especially we even placed the order and ready to pick up. Lack of staff isunderstandable, however when a store unable to open on time they should at least put up a sign and let us know instead of justignoring all the ppl that was waiting outside. I called and staff told me they didn't make my drink as they don't have what Iwant, so I said then I would like to switch instead of apologize first and ask me what I would like to change, they said ...ohwe can't order thru the phone and try to hang up All the staff today had no service. Didn?t know what to order because I?m soooo indecisive so I asked the barista to make me a surprise drink. She was really... friendly about it and even told me that if I didn?t like it she could make me another drink. She made us a mango dragon lemonadewith 2 pumps of raspberry syrup and passion tango on top. It was so refreshing!! Will definitely order this again and shoot outto the kind barista ????. Read more
One of the best Starbucks locations!! Jonathan is so helpful and attentive and the entire staff is wonderful. This location is... very clean, has a lot of seating spaces and a decent amount of products (ie. ground coffee bags, tea bags, etc) and travel mugsand tumblers. Read more
Best Starbucks location in the South Shore, nice learning atmosphere, great for students. Getting busy quickly.
