We bought from here august 15th around 9 pm. My family and i got food poisoning from here. Becareful!! We had the tuna sub and a... salad. The next morning we woke up with 0 energy and feeling violently ill. We went to work and took the kids to school andliterally after 1 hour around the same time we all were feeling nausea and gassy.We had to leave work, the daycare called uslettting us know one of our sons were experiencing the same symptoms. We had to collect him from daycare. My son was vomittingand had diarrhea we knew instantly it was food poisoning. I'm having cramps headaches and nausea. My husband and i missedanother day of work as well. We tried calling subway they're line was busy the entire time. My husband had no energy buteventually decided to go there and they told him to come back the next day because the manager was not in. We wanted to let themknow to stop serving to other people because we got sick. Anyways, the next day we spoke to Alyssa who was very rude andunprofessional She basically ignored the context of us being food poisoned and what she can do to prevent this from happeningto others...instead she was asking why we are giving food to our son at 9 pm(that's not her problem)?????We are dealing withthis as promptly and legally as we can. I ordered food on my phone. It was a big order. Like maybe 5-6 sandwiches. Surely they know how to count to 5 there... Anyways... when I showed up, I told them my order and they passed the bag over. It was already paid for at this point. I asked ifeverything was in here. She said yes and even confirmed with her co-worker. I get home and of course I'm missing 3 sandwiches. Icalled them and told them about it and they asked me to come back. Instead of just refunding me the 3 sandwiches... There was areason I ordered on my phone. Asked them if they could refund me and they said they would call back. As of right now it's been 4days no answer. So in short, they don't know how to count to 5, they don't know anything about customer service and they arethieves. Great restaurant! Never going here again. Read more

everytime i go to this subway, their out of stock on most items. Not only that this subway are very greedy and put very tiny... portions of meat and veggies. go to the one on auteuil and grand allee. You'll be sooooooo happy that you did. fully fresh andawesome staff. Read more

I love the breakfast wrap. Very tasty. Best yet. My only issue is the temperature. All the ceiling fans are going at once making... it very chilly inside. Staff and management are friendly. Read more
