I love sushi shop but this is THE WORST ONE. I ordered on their site a pick-up order (One i?ve done MANY TIMES) to be called 20... minutes after and tell me they can?t do a dragon eye without salmon?!? I?ve always asked without it and its never been an issue.I even had PROOF of old order receipts that they?ve done it and they refuse to do it. I ask for a reimbursement they tell methey can?t and that the owner will be in contact with me. So now I have no food and missing 40$!! I asked for the owners emailor name at least to make SURE I received my money back and they refuse to give me that info as well! The people working werespeaking in their language and laughing at me! I took a premade sushi tray, I don't like raw fish so I took the one that had the least and I took out the raw fish from the 2... rolls that had some. Made me soooo sick... I've never been actually sick from sushi like that. It was my lunch during my workbreak and I was a mess for the rest of the evening. There was definitely something in there that was not fresh. I don't know ifit was the roll that touched the raw fish or if it was something else, but even the next morning my stomach felt weird. I'mnever buying sushi from this Sushi Shop ever again. Read more

Really Gross. Fish smelled and had a chewy consistency. The spicy salmon had an awful aftertaste. Not rolled well. Miso soup had... chunks of miso at the bottom, tasted old! I?m not usually one to complain but I always get this exact combo downtown and itnever tastes this bad!! Woman at the front counter was cold. Considering I paid 22$ for this combo and soup I figured all Icould do to feel better was leave this review online as I?ll never get that money back -.- Read more
Bad service from the guy at the counter. Sushis were tasteless and rushed. Really not good. Will definitely not go back.
