I am here now and will never come back here again until the attitude and food gets better. I love Thai express and this is my... first and last time trying this location. I was bring my aunt to try it she is only visiting Canada. The lady at the frontspoke to me as if I should have not been in there. Because I love Thai Express I ordered curry chicken and the lady used herglove hand that she has been using to touch everything to take put the vegetables from the prep area. Didn't say anything causeI know the food will be cooked. Any how they made the curry it smelt spoiled when we started to eat it. We tasted the chickenand found it was spoiled. I took it to the chef and he said he only spoke French before I could have a conversation with himthe last at the front returns with her negative attitude to hear what I was saying and then said what is she to do. I said Iwould like something else she said chicken fry rice I asked if it's the same chicken she said yes so I got the shrimp friedrice. She wanted me to pay 50% of the cost I had to get my calculator and do the math with item price difference. Then thesame chef who didn't speak English after putting too much Soya sauce in the rice turned with her and started to laugh afterserving me. I should have reviewed this before going as we can see the reviews are all the same behavior. The owners of thislocation needs to do something about this as they can see with the span of a month there is over 5 complaints of inferiority inthe food and lack of customer service which shows lack of value to the customer and their money. Where to begin... im a big liver of Thaï Express , i always order the same dish evry single timw i go to any thaï... unfortunately this time i had the worst experience i have ever had eating a General thaï dish .. i have tasted the worstquality of ingredients ever .. The chicken was evrything but NOT chicken ... evry bite i had was chewy and all gelatin... Notenough sauce in the dish .. BARELY few pieces of vegetables.. It shows that the owner is a verry cheap and really not generousin his portions !! I really do not recomend no one to buy from this erea .. dont wast your money buy something much tastefulfrom anyone beside .. really disappointed!! The people who work at Thai Champlain is completely impolite, today we had the worst experience with my kids. The man who was... used to be in charge yelled me, just because they took the order wrong and I let them know, it is incredible how this kind ofbehave in front of kids and with a women client. So cheap. I went back to get some more napkins, they are like you should pay for the extra ones. I will never go back.

Never go here I think they have poor hygiene, chicke is hard and in terrible condition. Doesn't taste anything like other Thai... express locations. The manager there looks like hates his job and his life just, straight disrespectful to customers. Read more

The owner is so rude , it?s crazy . We asked for a box to take away the food we didn?t finish and he was just waving his hands,... like leave me alone. My son asked for a spoon and he yelled at him ? nooo? . Seriously? The food is also not as good as otherThai express chain . Read more

Terrible service. I ordered a pad sew and got noodles in a pool of oil (I?m not even exaggerating) and a few pieces of tasteless... beef. I asked for an extra plastic fork and the person who served gave it to me and cursed something in Chinese . No more ThaiExpress for me. Read more

Rude staffs and gave an attitude when we told the cashier that she ordered the wrong food before the chef started cooking. We... had to repeat ourselves constantly and they were giving us an attitude from the start until the end. I would not comeback. Note that during this visit, I also had to ask for chopsticks and spoon but the cashier only gave a spoon. It isridiculous considering that I ordered Thai soup and they only gave a fork for it at the beginning. Very rude, unwelcoming andunprofessional if I have to summarize my impression. Read more
