Ordered a box of 6 donuts at 5:30pm. All of them tasted hard and stale. Very little selection too. Won?t be going back.

Absolutely horrible service. Forgot coffee despite us being the only customer in the store at that time. Then I saw that my BLT... sandwich did not have lettuce or tomatoes. I went back to counter and asked why and the guy who called himself the manager at6:40 in AM said they ran out of tomato and lettuce and I asked why he didn?t let me know when I picked up the order. He saidbecause we were sitting down and he couldn?t tell us. I said that?s not true because I physically came to the counter and pickedit up. He then said that he forgot to put the tomato in. And refused to make me a new one until one of his coworkers came by. Hewas rude and unprofessional throughout. The colleague however was quite professional. Also he just left the order on the counterthe first time without informing us it?s ready. So in a single order he forgot the coffee. Forgot to put tomato in and did notmention to us there was no lettuce when we picked it up and left the food on the counter without informing us. This is the firsttime in my whole Tim?s experience where I felt absolutely disgusted by his unprofessionalism. Especially coming from a manger. Read more

Very poor service, went twice in the same week, first time I was with a group of friends and was told to leave before (way... before closing time) we assumed it was because they wanted to clean but never told us why? They just said "well can you justleave soon?" we felt like we were being kicked out way before closing time for their convenience.... Super polite, and when I won a free coffee with roll up the rim, they rang a cow bell and celebrated as they handed me my coffee... at the drive through!! It?s so refreshing to see people who are genuinely happy at work and in a good mood, versus otherlocations who look like they?re fulfilling a prison sentence. Keep up the great work folks! Read more

Havent taken a sip and this is how much coffe actually is in my cup. I also waited forever and the woman before me couldnt even... get a straw for her ice cap, i literally had to do service because the 6 employees that were there were too busy talking to eachother except for the manager. Read more
