Waited in line 20 min for 2 coffees and when I got to the office found out they were cold! There was only 2 cars in front of me.... The drive through should be close if there is a staff issue or else. I could not escape as I had a car in front and in back.Terrible service and product. Read more
Fast service at counter or the drive through. Small location, however with lots of choices. Constantly restocking during the... day, keeps food extra fresh. Free parking, easy access with wheelchair. Read more
I find this Tim Hortons is always too busy. The employees do their best, but something has to change. This morning, there was 4... people in front of me and it took more than 15 minutes to be served. The ingredients should be written for the different morningtrios. Like what is in a breakfast classic? Is there beyond the meat breakfast? They seem to be always lost and they don't knowdetails. This Tim Hortons is literally 2 mins from my house and I pass by it every time I go out to work. The staff is friendly but lazy,... the location is convenient, but the place often very dirty. Every time I enter the store (morning or night) there is alwaysleftover trash sitting on the tables or on the floor (yes the customers should clean after themselves but not everyone does) andeveryone can clearly see that they do not clean their kitchen area as well... Also, the timbits/bagels/muffins are neverre-filled and they don't seem to have any of the newly advertised foods. Nowadays, I pretend I never noticed this Tim Hortonsand purposely go to a better one further away. Read more
