We went to the store to order from inside and noticed they were closed and only available through the drive thru. Children from... school were waiting as well and waiting by the door and an employee came to the door to yell at the kids and tell them to standaway from the door. The man working in evenings? destroying the name of Tim Hortons? We usually go there but when he is there we don?t expect... anything good from him? Terrible tim hortons. I showed up in the morning half an hour after opening and one employee was smoking outside and the other... took 10 minutes to come by and take my order (I was the only one in the entire tim hortons). Second time i show there are twoemployees who are clearly new serving 15 customers. Management is doing a terrible job here, anywhere else is probably better. Read more
Longest drive through line I?ve ever been in and the employees are all stressed out kids every 4 out of 5 times I come. Pretty standard Tim Hortons, fairly nice looking location. Only downside of my visit was they had few donuts, no vanilla for... any drinks, and were unable to make any iced teas apparently. Wife and I joked that it may have been faster to ask what they dohave. Read more
Today 2022/06/09 I have arrived at 8:45 pm in the drive through line. 2 other cars were in front of me. After 10 minutes waiting... got my order and still waiting to get my small coffee. After 10 minutes waiting again still nothing. Finally the car in front ofme left with out getting his order and me too. This really ridiculous waiting 20 minutes just for small coffee. The poor owneris loosing his customers because of nonprofessional and lazy stuff. Read more
This place has gotten worse in the last year. The outside is filthy and the drive through is littered with garbage. Some... employees are extremely lazy. There?s only one person on counter service during the lunch rush, and the place is packed withstudents. Oder ahead or use the drive through if you don?t want to wait forty minutes for a coffee! Why is the in-door dining almost always closed?!! Even when I can SEE there are 4-5 employees working, they choose to close the... indoor seating area. It's like they just can't be bothered to clean the tables after, so take the easy route and allow Drivethrough only. A pandemic era practice that has unfortunately taken root for no good reason!!
