Today?s order was coffee, tea and a croissant- the croissant was not adequately warmed; however, and it was impossible to... address. I knocked on the window and door several times; however, nobody answered and the inside store had once again beenclosed, presumably. due to inadequate staffing. While ordering from the drive-through, the worker could not understand I wassaying, ?tea? and projected her frustration at me and when asked, said their headphones did not work well. Lastly, I went backto the window to try to address the concerns, asking for the manager or assistant manager and was told neither was available. Ibelieve I was directly speaking to the assistant manager.I attempted to continue to speak with the woman and she would notlisten, shutting the window on my face. This has been my go to location for coffee, but no more. The staff is rude, the indoor part is often closed I guess because of a... lack of staff. The crew in there today completely humiliated my 67 yr old friend and neighbor. My best advice: go elsewhere. Read more
Asked for Almond milk because my husband has stomach issues. They used real milk and charges us for Almond. Even says AM on the... cup. Sad. Read more
Very rude older woman working there, staff is never nice or understand of basic costumer needs, I very disappointed with the way... they treat me and my boyfriend when we go. I am never going back there and do not recommend going to this location it?s a verybad atmosphere. Read more
I could honestly care less if people smile and say how are you and all these nice little things that don't matter. What matters... is is it a good cup of coffee or not. And the answer to that is no. It is not good coffee, it is generic poo that is no betterthan any Maxwell house. Marketing marketing marketing, gimmick gimmick gimmick.
