I absolutely loved this restaurant! Went here for a birthday dinner date night. Food was good, service was good, and enjoyed the... beautiful architecture. This is a slow down and take your time kind of place. Do not make plans and try to squeeze a meal inhere. It is meant to be enjoyed slowly. Read more

3 of my friends and I were referred to Nash's for lunch while shopping in Broussard. We were from out of town and time was... important. It took 50 minutes from the time we sat down to receive our food. We made a complaint to mgmt. And was promised abread pudding, to go, for our trouble. We paid our bill and asked about the bread pudding. We finally just left without thebread pudding. There was not that many customers. We were told they were prepping for a banquet that nite. That was theirexcuse for the long wait. Read more

Fabulous dinner experience. We had a group of 10 trying to get a reservation on the same day. They were very accommodating. ... Ended up with 12 people and they were fine with it. Steaks were superb, duck was delicious. Kudos to the chef and his team. Service was superb. Abriana, our server, was great. She knew the menu well, made great suggestions, and always had a smile andcheery attitude. Everything was spot on. We even asked for separate checks and they did it! Definitely check it out. Great atmosphere and service. I enjoyed the Stuffed Salmon filet with creola spinach. I'll be back soon to try other dishes.

Overall, the food was mediocre, with hits and misses. I would actually give the place 2.5 stars. Everything I ordered was... lukewarm, including the bottle of beer. I got a cup of seafood gumbo as a starter, and the broth had a rich seafood flavor. Ijust wish it was served hot. For a main course, I ordered Italian sausage with angel hair pasta and marinara sauce. The sausagewas dry, and the sauce didn't have much flavor. The serving size seemed small for the price. The entre came with a garden salad, which was perfunctory and unremarkable -- like something you would get in a school cafeteria. My colleague got the Chilean seabass and said it was fantastic. I finished my meal with bread pudding, and it was delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere anddecor was wonderful -- an old Victorian home with high ceilings and beautiful art on the walls. Our waitress was unsmiling buthardworking and efficient. She did an admirable job serving our large party. If I returned, I would order one of the seafooddishes. Those in my party who ordered seafood raved about it. Read more
