Great staff and it was the best tasting Popeyes I have had in a long time

Waited in line for 23 minutes. Employees inside wouldn't take the next order until vehicle at the window left. This happens... everytime i've ever used this stores drive thru. Placed an order through the app. Got an email from Popeyes at 6:16 pm that order was received. Showed up around 6:40 to be told... pull to the front order was being prepared. Waited another 15 minutes and went to drive thru again to get told pull to the frontorder was being prepared. Finally got food at 7:09pm. Food was good but the service was lacking. Read more

This popeyes make up their own prices besides what other popeyes are advertising. Hushpuppy shrimp combo for $6 comes with one... side. This location is selling just the shrimp for $5. Big sign in the window saying the combo comes with a side for $6. Read more

Ask for Military discount at this Popeyes, they didn't offer it. Can't understand why some locations offer it and some don't.... Received it at the Verot School rd. location. Read more

The cute girl Laini was very quick with my order and treated me much better than most of the employees at Popeyes had she made... sure I got exactly what I wanted and gave me two napkins instead of half of one most defo deserves a raise (Edit) I would liketo contradict my statement as i previously stated as i went to the store again today and then same Employee was standing behindthe counter and i watched her grab my chicken and spit in it im gonna have to give this place 1 star now Unfortunate. pft. My son was craving Popeyes. I stopped by and ordered a family meal. It came with 2 sides. I had my niece with me so I ordered... her a family meal as well. The total amount of our orders were different. I ask the cashier how come the price was different shesaid they charge extra for Mac and cheese. I was unaware that there was an extra charge on Mac and cheese. I did not see a signand never notice if there was one all these years. I said oh okay can I just get 2 mash potatoes instead. The cashiersarcastically said it's already rung up. That means I'll have to cancel the order It's just 30 cents more. Although it may notbe much, every dollar and cents counts because you worked hard for it. I apologize I just wasn't aware. Not wanting to give thecashier a hard time. I went ahead and paid for the orders. Then the cashier said they are out of spicy you have to wait or takemild. I said okay that is fine. After looking at the receipt it was not 30 cents more but 1 dollar more. It is a small amountbut I don't appreciate the cashier fibbing like that. Not only did I not get spicy I was charge an extra dollar. I give 2 starbecause the food is good, but service was awful. Read more

Quick, friendly and good service! Food was fresh! This Popeye?s shares a building with the Lucky Dollar Casino. I got my lunch... around 11:15 AM and it wasn?t busy, but come 11:45 AM the drive-through starts getting packed. Read more
