I had been hearing about this place for a while and I decided to give it a try. The only thing I am upset with is myself for not... going sooner. Since trying it I've brought a couple of my friends there. None of us have had anything that we didn't love. It isthe perfect place to grab lunch or dinner because the outside seating is absolutely beautiful. The owner as well as the staffare amazing and hospitable. I called in a late order (around 8:15) and when I went to go pick it up as I was looking inside theorder window, the kitchen was immaculate and extremely clean and to me that shows not only care for the customers but also pridein his cooking. Even if I lived 30 minutes away from here, this would still be a regular spot for me! Read more
First time going, last time going. The waitress that worked Friday after noon. Greeted us with what do you want, then turned... around to argue with her staff in the ktichen about how she was, ?Already on it.? She turned around rolling her eyes. After thatshe told us if we wanted to eat we would have to get the special or wait half and hour I replied no thanks I?m in a time crunchand she just kind of looked at me stupid like she couldn?t believe I was leaving and she started to look at my grandmother in avery rude way. And we left, and never return. The food looked good. But the service was more than awful. If she treated theother customers like she did us she will lose a lot of business for the restraunt. First impressions are very important, and thestaffs was very horrible. The only reason they are getting a one star rating is because I have to put a star to post this. 0/10Will never return. Make sure to come with a big empty belly, you are not leaving without being stuffed! Fantastic atmosphere. Sit outside under... an oak tree and relax and enjoy your freshly prepared meal. Delicious food. We had the philly sandwich and the crawfishetouffee special. Both were fantastic and very filling. For desert we had the brownies and the punch cake and both were great! You get a very generous portion for the price you pay. Owner is extremely friendly. :) Read more
Great Bacon burger and Sweet potatoe fries. Juicy, well season, dripping , good. Nice place, outdoor setting, hard to find if... you don't know the place. Order taking is in the back shed, sitting is outdoor under a shaded tree, hence the name ofrestaurant. Outdoor setting is eye pleasing. Highly recommended if you don't mind the summer heat, unless you're taking it togo. Read more
