Some heavy set white woman decided she needed to let my girlfriend and I know a coupon was expired by telling the cashier aloud... that they don?t accept the coupon and would?ve been a lot more acceptable to nicely let us know that. Honestly, this is my go to restaurant. I've been using this restaurant for over 10 years now and service is always on point.... The staff is respectful and friendly. The leaders are always engaged and working together with their staff. I would recommendthis restaurant over any other in the area. Read more
We ate at this location 3 times in 4 days due to the closeness to the YMCA. We like to eat at Culver's because of the great... food. This is the worst Culver's that I have stopped at , of more than 10 other locations we visited. The service was slow. We mobiled our order and it took way to long before we got our food and it wasn't busy. I had walked in to ask for a tartersauce to go with my fries. She asked if I ordered fish, I said no. Well then we charge you for tarter. No other locations dothat. I said we ordered 4 basket meals with shakes and I can't get a tarter? She said " Yes you can, but I have to charge youfor it ". Shame, shame, shame. You shouldn't be charging for condiments. I'm already paying enough for my meals. Bad businesspractice. Read more
5 stars if you drive. Otherwise, Browndeer should consider the safety of pedestrians, especially in during construction.... Otherwise, pedestrian lives are at risk navigating the crossings to get there. More people are going to be walking more thandriving hoping to better their health. The food and service at the restaurant are a delight compared to others in the burgerbusiness. Read more
If I could give the Culver's on Schroeder Dr., in Brown Deer, 10 stars, I would. When I placed my order via phone for take out,... the person taking my somewhat complicated order was attentive, so nice and kind, and may I say professional. The food wasprepared exactly as I requested, and the person at the widow, taking money and giving us our order was equal to the staff I hadalready experienced. Kudos and thanks to the entire staff working on the evening of July 8, 2022. It's not often one gets 5star service at a fast food establishment. Thank you. Read more
Today (7/5 AM) our drive-thru person offered to bundle our individual items into meals to save us $$. So helpful! She was very... pleasant and our food was great as usual. Another reason why we only do Culver?s. Read more
Yes! I got my Curdburger, vegetarian style. Loved it! Definitely worth the reminder I put on my calendar 6 weeks ago!!!
They gave me a tiny Chicken nugget for a chicken tender! And for the expensive price this is unacceptable!!!
