When your hours of operation say until 9 then be open until 9. If you are going to close at 8 that day then put a sign on the... drive through and door stating that. And don?t wait until someone comes through your drive through and has to call the store toorder for you to turn your lights off! Lights on means open for business. The fact is you just didn?t want to have to cookanything and turned business away from your employer. That?s how businesses go out of business.
