We attempted to call them on 12/1/22 around 5:30pm to place an order. After almost 30 minutes of waiting on the phone without... anyone picking up we thought they could be closed. I drove to Domino's and they were open but were not answering the phones. I came last night and spent 24 dollars and some change only to get back with wings 1/2 way out of the box that the guy in the... window on the side bagged himself and hot sauce in the bag and only 9 wings charged for a large order plus you use to get 2sauces with your order and some how I was charged and he said he couldn?t help me and shut the sliding window again. Just ordered a pizza for pickup. Kid with a nose ring blaring heavy metal at the window could barely hear me. I had to tell him... twice with the music. He seemed really annoyed. Not like I ordered 10 minutes before closing or something. I handed my card topay and I dont know if he didn't like the computer or something but got mad and punched it. Dont believe me look at the camerasat around 8:15 on 11.21.22. Guy needs to be trained in customer service or anger management. Made me feel like he was about tosnap on me. Haven't eaten the pizza yet but just thought you should know. I will come back again but if the kid doesnt get ittogether I wont be back. Hope this helps Read more

The staff is nice and friendly, unfortunately there aren't enough of them. Every time I call, they say delivery will be 1 or 2... hours due to short staffing. Strangely pizza hut can deliver in 30 and seems to have staff. It takes 10 minutes for them toanswer the phone because they r swamped. And I can't use the app because it says I am outside delivery area although I'm 7 milesaway. If u use drive thru, pizza is good, but 2 stars on management for always, literally always being short staffed whilecompetitors are not. Read more

I placed an online order last week and was given a coupon code to use the next week, for 50% off the pizza portions of the... order, also to be placed online. I just tried to use it, got the message it was time sensitive and couldn't be added. I calledthe store to get help and was talked over by Josh, the manager on duty as I tried to explain the problem (I started the phonecall by telling him I had a problem), and then was told they aren't doing 50% off. I told him I had an email I received thismorning reminding me to use the code- which had to be used online at the same store as the previous order - since it expires onthe 11th. (It's the 8th now.) Josh refused to honor the coupon, despite my having clear proof that I had received it and wastrying to use it within the time frame given. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was the on-duty manager. I askedfor the name of *his* manager, and rather than give it to me, he told me his manager wasn't in the store. I asked when he wouldbe in and was given a time tomorrow. I asked again for the name and was told again the manager wasn't in the store. I had totell Josh that I didn't ask if the person was in the store, that I'd asked for the name. I finally got Allen's name and willtalk to him tomorrow. I hope they will make this right. Because the order was for a party, I had to go ahead and order it. IfAllen won't make this right, I'll be talking to corporate. If the local store isn't going to honor corporate's coupons, thepublic needs to know so we can all get pizzas somewhere else. For the record, we order from them at least twice a month andalways buy at least 3 large pizzas and a dessert. This Domino?s location at the Shell Gas Station in Hampton Cove is one of the better Domino?s pizza stores in the area. They... were pretty quick on my 3 large pizza order and the staff were friendly. Everything was cooked well and accurately so I willdefinitely be back here again in the future. Read more

I can finally write this now that I'm moving away. For the past year the only thing this dominos has gotten right was the... address. They constantly forget items you add on like ranch or drinks etc. Today I tried to do take out and called from thwparking lot to watch them look at the phone, look at me, then go back to whatever they were doing. I also get pizza extra donebecause my kid has texture issues. Today it was like half cooked. So now I'm having to put it in the oven for another who knowshow long. Plus I swear their pepperoni just tastes off. If the owner sees this look at this date and see who was working b/c Idon't know how bad you're paying them, but it's too much. PICTURED what constitutes a "well done pizza". Just save money andtime and go drive and get Little Ceasars yourself.
