I ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich around 8 pm for pick up and when I got home I was very disappointed. This location... is open until 11 pm and ordered at a decent time, the grilled chicken bread had clearly been microwaved instead of grilled. Itwas so chewy and tough, it's like the cook put grill marks on a chicken beast then placed it in the microwave to cook it therest of the way. The food was honestly good. Unfortunately I cannot speak the same for service. The server did not suggestive sell or up sell.... The server did not ask about sides when the meals were ordered, did not offer or recommend choices. The server did not follow upafter serving food, as in questioning the temperature of the steak and or the quality of food overall. Drinks were empty, andinstead of bringing refills, came to ask if we wanted a refill (still eating). As she was cleaning plates she noticed that thebreading was taken off the shrimp, she then stated ?next time you can ask for them to be grilled? Again, if she was suggestiveselling or up selling, she could of asked ?breaded or grilled? Definitely could use some good customer service, server tips! Read more
Ordered online, got there 20 min early and she was bringing it out to me without me even saying I was there! ???? I knew I was... early so I was trying to give them extra time but they brought it out. And everything was SO. GOOD. We ordered burgers, frenchonion soup, a club sandwich and the new Pub fries. WONTON TACOS! We absolutely love the Wonton Tacos from here. It's what keeps bringing us back to eat here... well that and the... friendly staff and affordable menu. We were sad to see them off the menu during the thick of COVID when they were running with a"limited menu" for takeout only meals but were so EXCITED to learn that they were back on our most recent trip! Restaurant isclean, staff is friendly, restrooms have been well stocked and look to be kept clean even when they are "busy" or have a"rush". Everything we've ever ordered from here has been hot and delicious. I would have to say the only thing I've ordered fromhere that I haven't truly devoured and enjoyed would be the BBQ Ribs. But that could be just because I'm BBQ bougie, lol. (forreal, I am super snooty with my BBQ). Applebee's is great at always reinventing their menu. This occasion I tried the new Loaded Chicken Fajitas. They looked great... and tasted just as great. My wife and I split them with an order of Wonton Tacos (MY FAVORITE!) and it was the perfect sizedinner. Our bartender was Kendall and he always does a great job taking care of us. Read more
Been awhile since I stopped in my local Applebee's, Friday at about 12:30, place was not Busy, I opted to sit at the bar rail, 1... couple and 1 man also sitting. bartender came out after a few minutes and asked what I was drinking, ordered a Soft drink andthe quesadilla burger, food came out promptly and was cooked perfectly. Server never asked how food was and seemed to be moreinterested on chatting with the couple on the other side of bar, so her back was to me most of the time, I finished my lunch andfigured she would ask if I wanted refill on my drink since it was empty, Nope next thing I get is she lays the bill down infront of me and turns back to continue chatting with her friends, maybe I wanted a desert?? regardless I still left her 20%,seeing she was expecting a child I could understand the sub par service if she was busy but that was not the case, place wasdead.
