As my sister and I are sitting here at our table, we are watching our server on her phone and waiting to let her know one of our... burgers is missing the stuff on it and both are cooked well done when we asked for medium. She got the the patty melt whichcomes with onions and a sauce on it, and it came with neither. So she ate a burger patty on toast. The onion rings and fries aregood. The host had to get our drinks after 10 minutes because the server hadn’t come yet. The server has been here to take ourorder, bring our onion rings and then bring out our food. Not once has she come to check on us. It’s been 20 minutes with ourfood. So my sister just ate her burger as it was and hasn’t gotten one refill, I got one after I set my cup on the edge of thetable and she saw it when she brought our meals out. Now we continue to wait here for our bill. Came to this location because wehad something to do out here but this experience makes me not even want to go back to the downtown location. Read more

Excellent burgers, nice atmosphere, Wife had the Goat cheese burger which was fantastic, I had the patty melt where I have to... say I ate with caramelized onions for the first time. I hate onions and this changed my mind. Also their ketchup appears to bemade in house, which was fantastic. Pretzels and cheese were good, not amazing but good. Fries were great too. My onesuggestion would be to get the buns on the side, both our burgers were a bit mush from the grease. Read more

Our 2nd time to visit BRU Burger Bar. Once again we had a positive experience. The waiter was excellent and the food was as... well. We elected to sit in the outside dining area this time. Even though the weather was a bit warm, the breeze and shadedtables made it very pleasant! Read more

Horrible experience! Sat for over an hour waiting for food that was poorly made. The GM was supposed to bring out fresh fries I... was charged for that never came because he realized how bad things were. I never got the other drinks i ordered or the sauces iasked for. I mentioned my frustration to the waiter and he dismissed it and sent another waiter to bring my check. I don't wantto use race as a reason, but everybody else seemed to be served accordingly. He never offered me water and barely checked how Iwas doing. I highly do not recommend! Very disappointing because it's a place that's so close to me that I frequent. Read more

Delicious food, great service. I tried the Melt you face burger. Very tasty flavorful burger. Spice level was perfect.

We were there at 4:15 the was almost empty, at 4:30-4:45 it was packed! I ordered the Gorgonberry Pecan salad. It was good but I... couldn't find a pecan on it. It was still delicious! The bourbon burger came and it was huge! and very juicy! Unfortunately itdidn't have the horseradish on it..but it was still good. The buns seem to stick to your fingers and are hard to clean off. It's not from the sauce they pour on top. These are best eaten by fork and knife. Personally I like a hamburger you can pick upand eat. The bar drinks were spectacular ???? Went here as a family for a birthday dinner. The restaurant is awesome, they participate in the devour Indy dining program and... have Great menus selections. Our kids loved the burgers and fries.
