What a mess! Not open?maybe?maybe not. When I did go, it was a hot mess - tons of people on premise but no one working. Took... forever to get food when it should have been simple. Maybe if they had some management it would be an ok place. I?d avoid untilthey reopen (obviously) and reviews improve. Honesty, they should just close and open something else in the prime real estate. Read more

This place is just a waste of nice location for literally anything else. Other restaurants have opened in town since this place... was built and have been successful. The owner of this failure has no clue how to bring a successful business to Brownsburg likeothers have. Failure! Read more

It seems like it has taken awhile for this place to get off the ground. Understandable for a place that tried to open during a... pandemic. We had a great experience and meal today. The Brisket Burnt Ends were great, as was the creamed spinach. We will bemaking this a regular stop in our restaurant rotation. Read more

Went inside to place order and it took 10 minutes for the workers to acknowledge me. I gave them some grace because I understand... this is their grand opening. Manager walked by a few times and said nothing. Ordered my daughter's food, but they were out ofalmost everything on their menu so we got her ribs and a bag of chips. While waiting a gentleman came in to return his order. Hereceived a pulled pork sandwich with no meat on it. I over heard the workers joking about it before he came back to the store. Idon't like to give negative reviews but here is the truth. Don't try this restaurant until they have been up and running for awhile. As far as Dickeys as a chain I have always liked them. But the store in Brownsburg deserves 0 stars. Most menu items areunavailable. Read more

This restaurant has potential, and this review is not intended to discourage people from going here. My hope is that management... will take it as constructive feedback to improve the business. Our family felt the food was on par with other BBQ restaurants. The staff was polite, but mostly young, inexperienced/poorly trained, and inattentive. Customers waited over 20 minutes beforeeven seeing a staff member. The first time because they were all standing in the back around a broken fryer. Things happen, but3 of the 4 visible staff members (which I assume they're working with low staff like many other businesses) were just watchingwhile customers waited to be greeted. The second time, one of young ladies was sitting on the floor behind the register playingon her phone, completely unaware that that were customers in line waiting for her or that there were items by the drink fountain(ie straws) that needed restocked. As we left, we heard comments about certain food items running low (further limiting the menuafter the broken fryer). I would come back, as long as we're not in any rush. I think improvements in management and staffeducation on professionalism would go a long way! We live nearby and would love to see this place succeed! Read more
