Normally this location is awesome. Well, today of all days Im tired from work get home too find one of my pizzas has no tomato... sauce the other one perfect. I call to inquire if maybe worker forgot to spread sauce since I arrived little sooner thanexpected and was then informed they didn't 4 get it. Unfortunately, im going to be eating a pile of meat on dry dough. Wasn'toffered a simple apology for the possibility either. To my fellow hendricks coworkers brownsburg keep going. Smh Read more
Incompetent workers, manager has no people skills and they refuse to admit when they mess up an order. Pizza was left outside... front door and door bell wasn?t used and didn?t even knock. Food was cold. Didn?t get the correct order and no apology wasgiven. Highly recommend choosing another pizza place. Read more

The manager with the one single tooth in the front, surprise, she is very rude and unprofessional, i dont think she realizes her... voice carries as she talks shot about you to the other winners they have working there. The highschool kids at Hotbox areamazing but they are closed today. These adults working here have had a very hard life you can tell that looking at their faces.Yuck. I placed an order online at 6:17 PM. I received a notification that my pizza would be delivered by 6:53 PM I then received a... notification at 6:46 that my pizza had left the building. When I had not received my pizza by 7:25 I placed a call to inquireabout what was going on. The associate who answered the phone would not listen to me and kept trying to talk over me. When Itold her that the person had been out for 45 minutes with my pizza her response was that she did not know what direction thedriver's went in period at that point I tried to tell her I would like to cancel my order and would like a refund. She thenplaced me back on hold and would not pick back up. The driver showed up at my house at 7:30 I told him that i was not happy thati was treated poorly by the person on the phone and that i did not want the pizza that I wanted a refund as it had been in hiscar for 45 minutes. He denied that and turned his back on me and walked away. Now, no one will answer the phone. Read more
Good pizza...good service I am editing this review as the last 2 times I ordered it was aweful. I did 1 pickup, ordered large... pepperoni pizza and was given sausage. I said something to the girl at window and she said nothing she could do as she didn'ttake my order. I had already paid and was hungry so I drove off and ate it. I ordered a delivery and requested to be sure it washot. It was cold and couldn't eat it. It had set for an hour before delivery person picked it up to deliver based on receiptthat tells when it went in oven and when it left building. I called during the day to discuss with store manager who was out butperson wrote a note to have my call returned but they never called. Guess they just don't care. Read more
Donatos has really good pizza! No questions asked! Breadsticks & cheese sauce is excellent.
We like their pizza. We get half & half on a large because my husband likes serious meat & I like the Works
