Went to firehouse on yesterday got home a couple hours later only to find out I had little to no meat on my sandwich. Literally... the meat was for one side only. I called and asked them what happened to my meat and why was it pretty none and mostly shreddedthey had no answer needless to say worse firehouse I've ever been too pd 11 bucks for a French roll with mayo! Service was what you would expect from under paid employees. The sandwich was alright but the Chilli was cold. May want to try... the speedway location. Please note this location does have unsafe seating and does not repair the location. UPDATE 07/16/2022:No repairs have been made and now the food is getting worse - I have provided proof with the refund receipts and Mike the ownerhas made no attempts to repair the unsafe damage or improve the food service. Have attempted ordering once a week and currentlyup to 4 visits in 3 weeks with each visit becoming worse. Please avoid this franchise for your safety! Read more

After screwing up my meal for the 3rd time I came in for them to replace my meal and they accused me of stealing the brownie... that came with the meal I'll never go back. I asked for the owner to call me and he never did. Wouldn't go in there if they werethe last place to eat. Read more
6/16/22. You could not order any warm sub or any warm parts of a sub. They were having technical difficulties. There were only... two customers including myself in the store and most of the available tabletops were filthy and not wiped down. I will not comeback. This reinforces why I don't come to Firehouse often. Read more
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...Ordered online only to get there and not even be greeted. Waited 15 mins for subs that should have... been ready when I arrived (3 people working / 0 customers). They didn't even tell me my food was ready while they watched mewait. I had to read the bag and check for my name. Had to ask for my cup and chips as well. To make matters worst the fountainsoda had a terrible taste as if it hadn't been cleaned in days (had to trash it) in a bin that was overflowing to the ground. My intent here is to file a formal compliment specifically against Ross who self proclaimed and in fact is spectacular. I wasn't... really hungry but I was in the area and I've always had an amazing experience here. Yesterday was by far the best and this iscompletely Ross's fault. He and his associate made an amazing sandwich treated me with the highest level of respect and courtesyand I wound up eating the brisket sandwich that was just amazing and at a tremendous value. The food and service at this location is great! Everyone is always friendly. The food always seems to be perfect every time.... Free style coke machine is an added bonus. Their sweet tea is good too. Read more
