Ordered food online came and waited an extra 15 mins just for them to give me someone else food that I did not order so then I... had wait another 10 mins and they gave me the wrong food again and pancakes that were not done would never eat hare again! Read more

Terrible owner. Elderly mother "87" tripped over heavy rubber mat blocking half the sidewalk. Broken glasses, multiple... lacerations, egg sized bump on head. Owner lied to insurance co on accident report, refused to take any responsibility.Ambulance took her to ER for treatment/tests. Owner told his insurance there was no mat and they refused to pay for anything.There were 5 people with her who witnessed what happened but his insurance refused the names and phone numbers I offered toprovide them. Would suggest avoiding any business with an owner of such low ethical standards! Read more

My wife and I visited this restaurant on Aug. 1st. When we walked in the hostess was taking a to go order . We waited to be... seated. The table we were seated at was dirty and sticky. We asked the server to please wipe it off. He walked away and returnedto ask if we wanted a stink. We both ordered coffees. When he brought the coffees the table was never wiped off. He walked awayand as we sat there we noticed that the cups were dirty , my wife?s cup had coffee rings inside and my cup had lipstick onit. It was at that point we decided we could do better. First of all, I DO NOT blame the staff for the quality of food. Though, their lack of efficiency and inertia was alarming. But,... I also wish I took pictures and/or video because the experience in whole was remarkably unsatisfactory. To begin, we watched asthree tables were annoyed by the service wait times. It took a total of 10 minutes to order our food when four tables (total,including us) were being served. That?s two servers attending to two tables each. One Uber Eats driver came to retrieve foodduring this time as well. He was met by an equal share of lackluster attention. We watched our food being made fairly quicklyafter ordering, but then witnessed it sit under the hot range for 14 minutes. We didn?t order anything crazy. We received themajority of our food, but still needed two items; a salad, and a side of ham. 9 minutes later, because of the overly taskedstaff (at this point, two servers for eight tables), we got our items. From walking into the store to receiving even our firstportions was 36 minutes. That?s a LONG time no matter how you cut it or attempt to justify it. Our sever apologizedadamantly. The lettuce for the salad was brown on every single piece. The tomatoes were INEDIBLE; flimsy, and somehow stilltasted freezer burned. The red onion slices were dry, discolored scraps. The ham was at that point? tepid, at best. The pancakeswere dry and also luke warm at best. The sauce used for strawberry pancakes was shockingly sweet and somehow still tasteless. Acouple waited in the front area to be seated from the time we got our food to when we left. At one point, the man approached thestaff near the kitchen and let them know they had not been seated ?in case you didn?t know or see us?. As soon as he was out ofview, one of the cooks went on an expletive-laden tirade about ?not giving a f#?&? and how ?now he can wait longer.? The restaurant was clean, not busy at the time (8:50am) and comfortable. We were greeted and served by very friendly and... professional waitstaff. Alexa was great and very attentive! She made sure that our glasses were never empty while we waited over25 minutes for our breakfast. Thankully, the food was hot and tasted good which helped improve our "hangry" mood. By the time weleft, we saw a lot more tables filled with people and their drinks all waiting for their orders. Read more

Outstanding and truly amazing staff at this location, and accompanying such amazing service is probably the best quality of food... I?ve eaten at an IHOP. Specifically the pancakes - if you want large and thick pancakes perfectly made then this is yourplace. In addition to my sincere detailing of the service and food, I must add that I walked into this IHOP at 3 am given it?sthe ONLY place open (Waffle House not my jam) and had only $6 to my name. I had $20 heading out from my house and used the TacoBell app to order food for pickup (open till 3 am, verified)?arrive and the place is shut down yet my money is stuck in cyberholds of business day routing/rerouting/refund/etc. i shared this at IHOP and not even a bat of an eye and the waitress justsaid to get what I?d normally get and not to worry.
