My sandwiches were kinda off tasting , #7 and #9 had way to much mayo, no oil vinegar, and there were only a couple peppers on... the spicy Italian...so well...not spicy more mayo..was not good. They don't bag your food but simply hand you a bag?? What??They didn't number the sandwiches...so it was guessing game. Read more

I used to love ordering from here. Good quality ingredients and, usually, a fast delivery time. The last several times I have... ordered, it has been incorrect/long delivery times. I have worked in Food service for many years. I get that there is a shortageof workers right now but that should not mean a shortage of quality. I just paid $20+ for a sandwich combo. Didn't get the rightchips and the sandwich was made incorrectly as well as being more bread than anything. I will not order from this locationagain. Read more
3rd time ordering from this location. Consistently 1 hour plus delivery time. Feel bad for the 1 delivery guy, I feel you on the... short staffing. Let your customers know ahead of time about the wait time for delivery. I guarantee you?ll have less angryguests when you?re honest about wait times. Tried to explain this to the MOD but he wasn?t having it. I love your sandwiches,but for a company that?s model is based on freaky fast delivery?. You can do better. Read more
They stole my money. I ordered a sandwich delivery only a mile and half from the store. I waited 25 minutes in the cold for... the delivery. I called. They said they were on the way. I waited another 25 minutes, called, and cancelled my order. I couldhave walked there and back in that amount of time! The store agreed to give me a full refund, but never processed the refund. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I wasn't going to rate you guys a one star for not having enough helpduring a labor shortage, but for crying out loud... You stole $44 from me! I am seriously contemplating contacting Jimmy John'scorporate headquarters over this, my worst Jimmy John's experience ever. Read more
Before I was done paying they were already handing me my sandwich!! Jimmy johns has become one of my favorite places to satisfy... my sandwich cravings. Always good, always fast. This one in Brownsburg was no exception. The staff was friendly, place wasclean, food was fast and delicious. Read more
Convenient location and always has very fast service. Since COVID we almost always use the app to order and rarely have... issues. We are there about once a week and is someplace that the entire family can agree on. Read more
