We had a party of 10 people and reserved the banquet area. This worked well as everyone was able to visit. Food was good but... noticed portions are getting smaller. Lemonade is no longer homeade...Definitely premixed probably from a powder and no longeravailable at the beverage counter. We can no longer help ourselves to pickles and the crew is stingy handing them out. Read more
Maybe 5 tables with patrons and we waited in line for upwards of 30mins when they had about 10 people in line. The restaurant... was filthy. Sticky floors, dirty tables, and drink station was a mess. The food portions were smaller than normal also. Theplastic cups are so thin now that 2 out of 5 of us had our cups split and leak. This was our first visit to a McAlister's and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, food was good and service... was fast. Portions were ample and satisfying. If you like tomato bisque give theirs a try. Read more
Very laid back atmosphere. Nice for casual meet ups or meetings. The tables and floors were clean. Nothing on the menu wowed me... so I asked the cashier what's good?? He handed me the menu. Lol Reading is fundamental! Read more

This place seems usually kinda busy, so that's a good sign. Very friendly staff. This is a comfortable place for a quick bite... with friends. Nice atmosphere. The food quality is a little less than Panera. However, you get a bit more for your money. Thesandwiches are decent. Lots of deli meat. The salads are ok. I haven't tried the Spuds (baked potatoes), yet. My friends are onthe fence about the coleslaw. Read more
Went to the Brownsburg location to place a carry out order and it took 50 minutes to get our order placed and our food with only... 6 orders ahead of us in line. We ordered two pick 2s and a sweet tea and it was $24. The sandwiches in our pick 2 were smallerthan the container for the cup of soup. Usually, they are twice the size. The meat also had a different, more processed taste.Very disappointing as we have given the chain lots of business through the years. Chicken Tortilla soup was fine. Leery toreturn for more. Read more
