This place in INCREDIBLY AWESOME! I scheduled a party on a Monday for the following Sunday. The staff explained my options and... assisted me with what would be great for party. Plans fell through and I needed the party to be on Saturday. Reached out andspoke with the owner Ray on Thursday to explain the change. He was very understanding. I originally scheduled the party for10-12 kids and with the change it went to 18-20. I was prepared to hear that they could not accommodate the request at suchshort notice but Ray was extremely professional. He answered all my questions and assured me that the change would be handled. Iarrived a few minutes ahead of my time and the area was ready, clean and sanitized. I was greeted with a smile and all myrequests were met. This place kept the kids busy and they thought my son was the coolest kid ever because of this place. Thefood was very good and everything from A-Z was exceptional. The staff communicated well and was very courteous to the guest. Myfavorite part was the Dads who did not want to come to the kids party was excited because they did not have to miss the games.They sat on the comfortable couches, ate and had drinks. A few of them even caught some Zzzz while the kids were playing. LOL!Listen! If you want a place to have a great party or just simply hang out with or without the kids. THIS PLACE IS IT! Today I did a birthday package at Press Play and I am amazed at this place. Even the manager Ray was accommodating! I highly... recommend this place for friends and families to come see this place. We took 7 of our grandkids over the weekend. It was the first time for 5 of them and they loved it. The choices of attractions... was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. It was worth every penny. The adults had just as muchfun as the kids. This will be our go to spot whether there's kids with us or not. Read more
Second time taking my 9 yr old son. Also took my 3 year old this time. 9 yr old had a blast as always, and even stuff to do for... the little guy. If you live anywhere in the area there is no better place to keep kids happy, and good food and drinks foradults. Definitely recommend this place! Read more
I've been here 2 or 3 times, and I must say, I love the atmosphere. The kids enjoy it and they have a little something for... everyone. The bar they have is a nice touch, the drinks were reasonably priced and made well, it's also tucked away nicely sothere's no worry about the kids going into the area. Very clean space and friendly staff. We recently did my daughter's bdayparty there. My only negative is the food pricing. We paid $115 for 8 slider style burgers, roughly 16 wings, a small frozenpizza, 3 small trays of fries! We literally had to ration out the food to the kids.
