Only car in the drive thru for breakfast. Took a minute for anyone to even greet us to get our order, had to say "hello?" Before... anyone said anything. Took at least 15 min to get our food. Two breakfast sandwiches, only one was a meal. The one meal had noegg in the sandwich. Literally just bacon and sauce on it. The potatoes were Luke warm and no ice in the frostychino. Read more
This poor place. I remember when this place was great and had so many options. Remember the salad bar back in the day? Now for... any number of reasons it is so bad. Restaurant dirty, service slow, food bland, and sometimes not even open. My daughter likesit and I?ve tried their stuff a few times but just gross. Read more
My burger is raw. My children's chicken nuggets are ice cold and pale, like they weren't fried. Absolutely unacceptable. ... Beside the fact, this location can't seem to stay open or throw raw food in a bag faster than thirty minutes. Read more
Breakfast sandwich croissant was barely thawed. Eggs were runny. Potatoes cold. Only 2 employees working. So busy they... couldn't give a third employee access to the building. The ladies were managing best they could. With more staff I'm surethings would have been great. Read more
Wish I could rate 0/5. Waited 20 minutes for our food--no line. Items were missing, and every single thing we DID receive was... cold and obviously not anywhere near fresh. I'm confused. If they were literally serving us what was already laying on thecounter (which was CLEARLY the case), why did that take 20 minutes to throw in a bag??? We have been traveling 2 weeks andeaten out A LOT; this was by far the worst restaurant we went to in the entire 10 states we went through. Congratulations,Wendy's. Went through drive through. Got our food after waiting 5 mins. The salad had way too much Parmesan cheese that it was gross. We... through it away cause it was so bad. The drinks had MAYBE 3-4 ice cubes. And it?s 90 degrees out today. The fries weren?t hotand crispy. The only good thing was my chicken sandwich. It tasted good and like it should. This is the worst run restaurant in town. Dining room was completely closed so they were not serving anyone inside and yet... getting someone to answer the drive through intercom took 15 minutes. Finally get an answer and they were out of both frostiesand the salad we wanted. We ordered a different salad and it was missing multiple things and it also took ANOTHER ten minutes toget our food out to us. Mind you, dining room is closed and we were the ONLY order they were filling. Maybe we should startpaying people more than 9 bucks an hour so we can get some quality service. Maybe equipment issues that can fixed and not what looked like plenty of people inside, but last night spent 30 minutes waiting... on 4 cars to get through the drive though before we had to abandon it due to it somehow getting even slower on the last carprior to us getting to the window. Very disappointed in the waste of time, it's fine if stuff doesn't work but warn peopleit'll be 30+minute wait so they can decide to go across the street to the tons of other options that will take 3 minutes.
