This is by far the best Tim Hortons I've been to since the pandemic started. It's busier and slower during the week-end, but the... week staff are really pleasant and efficient and I always go out of my way to go to this Timmies rather than the 2 other Lachutelocations. Read more

Usually decent, but can never count on them being open per their schedule. Could easily look the other way if errors were not... constantly made. So for now, I say it's two star and when things start leveling out again, I'll give it a better rating. Read more

Worst service ive had in any tims, workers refusing to understand english, lack of management, food was cold, no covid 2m line,... gives half your order on top of the donuts dusplay the other half at the left of the counter. Took way too long to get servedbecause chatting with co-workers about what they will do after there shift was more important. Also lack of proper mask wear. Read more
