Locally-owned. I haven't ate here in atleast a decade. It was a little busy. Staff was on the move and we had good service. I... had one of the specials cream chicken and biscuits. I really liked the chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes wasn't a huge fanof the gravy it was just a little bland. My sister got chicken and tortellini and my mom got lasagna. They both said theirs weregood. Serving size was large. We all took about half home. Would recommend you to try. Good home comfort food. Read more

Not from these parts I only get to visit HUGO'S for wedding receptions &funeral wakes but they have always done a GREAT job.... Afterwards returned for a slice of pie to take back to the room. Got the coconut cream nearly a 10/10 on that but let me tellyou, the 2 girls waiting the nearly full dining room were FANTASTIC this Saturday evening. Stopped in at the recommendation of a local man and was not disappointed!! Upon walking in you could tell that their desserts... were popular since customers were walking out with various baked goods and the case was almost empty. I had a delicious Reubenspecial and hubby had a pizza....very generous portions and our waitress was very welcoming and friendly. After boxing our mealshe asked us if we wanted any dessert and I spied a newly resupplied tray of buckeyes and requested one. She quietly boxed up afew and said they were on the house since I didn't get the coleslaw that was supposed to come with my meal (I didn't really careeither way about the coleslaw) and THE BUCKEYES WERE DELICIOUS!!!!! Fantastic as always! My steak is cooked perfectly. My son had a pizza which is also really good. My husband ordered the Swedish... meatballs he said they were good. My absolute favorite though is the breaded mushrooms. They are simply the best with ranch todip them in. ???????? Read more
this is my first review ever and i am actually giving a review on 2 visits the first was an eat in and take out as well the eat... in was disappointing but the take out was horrible the antipasta salad which i had to wait for them to build had rotten greenpeppers and beets on it. the cheese tortellini with a chicken breast was ok but had very little chicken it was supposed to comewith a whole chicken breast. so i was very upset i called and spoke to the owner and she apologized and said she would make itright with a free meal the next time I ordered so i gave them another try ordered for pick up the same items as previous and thesalad was fine this time but the tortellini alfredo chicken although it did have the whole chicken breast this time was inedibleit was over cooked and the alfredo if you can call it that was disgusting. oh and when i picked it up there was no free meal oreven a discount i?m sure they never told the manager as i instructed , ?Terri asked me to have staff let her know the next timei order?. very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. i will not be ordering from there again. it has really wentdown hill . save your money Read more
