Get this, I order a burger and they say they are out of meat so I order a chicken sandwich and it takes two different employees... to ring it up, I said forget it and walked out. I went back at 9:15 am on 8/7/22, breakfast sandwich was cold, potatoes roundswere burnt and cold, coffee cold, and all I got was dirty looks from the help because I requested new potatoe rounds and thecoffee heated up. They getting only 2 stars. Why do I go back you ask? Well it's on my route but I won't in the future. Whythey have a 3.9 star rating is beyond me, people need to be more honest. 10/17/2023, once again they diappointed me, ordered abreakfast ham/cheese/egg croissant and it was cold so I told them to heat it up! It's hardly ever "packed" and when it is, they take forever. Employees are always in a drained or sour mood. Out of all the BKs... in Brownsville, this is the only one I've had questionable service at. I never come here but it was the only one close by. Andthis is the only BK I've had refuse coupons. I've been a costumer of this particular location and I've never had a problem before but as time has passed by it seems like... they really don't care anymore. The workers don't seem to like working for burgerKing anymore. It's my second time that I haveto go back after ordering by the drive thru because they messed up my order but this time I have never seen the food so nasty.The chicken nuggets were literally burned and they looked so old as if they had them just sitting there a long time, I don'tthink I'll be coming back to this location. it's so disappointing since I've been a costumer even before I had kids and it's allso bad now.. never again. 'Large fries' were an absolute joke. Half filled containers, several burnt beyond the point of being edible, some white and... undercooked. No straws in the bag. (And no Impossible Whoppers in stock) $20 for 3 sodas and 4 tiny portions of fries was acomplete waste of money. Read more
Not honoring coupons very dissatisfied, saying coupon is expired when date specifically says otherwise, false advertising, and... very incompetent manager which could not even resolve this issue with their system. Don?t send coupons that you will not honor,someone obviously didn?t do their job here and customers are the ones affected.Hire people with skills to do the job right andnot just give name tags and titles like candy. Excellent customer service Martha the cashier was very friendly. The food was fresh and hot.
