The curve side got a poor service yesterday make an order on the app 10 mins later arrive at the place then parking in curbside... #2]]like say on app instructions and see inside the building a lot people working but any comes to bring my order I need goinside to pickup soooo what is the idea ???order on the app curbside and at the end need go inside to get my order???? I had to go get my food which was sitting on the counter and was cold. My chicken breast was not well cooked. I hope I don't get... sick!! Unfortunately I found out when I almost finished it. Ordered two sandwiches Togo and same thing happened. I had to go getmy food and it was just sitting on the counter!! I won't go back to THIS location !! Read more

Stopped by for lunch. Place was packed but it didn't take long to get our food. Food was good, hot and staff checked up on us... for refills. One of the better staffed CFA in the lower RGV. Read more

Look. It's Chick-fil-A. I've only had 1 or 2 mild frustrations at Chick-fil-A such as someone forgetting my fries, however, out... of the countless times I've been to Chick-fil-A, it was bound to happen. Service will always be great here, even if it is fake,and the food is top tier in fast food. Can never pass up Chick-fil-A! Read more

Worst service ever!!!!! Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places but I have been truly disappointed the last 3 times I have been... here at the morrison location in brownsville, texas. Today I ordered my meal and i ordered large fries. When I opened my bag thefries were about half way down. Of course they charge for a large but give you less. Might as well ordered medium fries. I wentup to counter and I spoke to one of the young men working there and he gave me attitude about my complaint. When he saw that Iwas serious he said, "I can ask" and he never came back. It is so sad that these businesses claim that chick-fil-a has a familyenvironment then mistreat you. If the employees who represent the franchise of a faith based company act like this with theircustomers, what else can we expect from the owners. I truly believe they set the culture of the business. I think that the ownerand management at this particular store have let the sells go to their heads and have forgotten what it is to have customersatisfaction. I will not come back to this store. I prefer to drive to the boca chica location over this from now on. Read more

Picked up food for my family, drove 30 mins just to find my order was incomplete. Call chick fil a due items on my order were... missing. Store Manager Cassandra Alvarez was too busy to take my call as per team member was advised to stated. ?A replacementof the missing item can be issued another day?. Our orders are taken, we paid, items are missing our ?fault?. Its your guys jobto check every bag of food that goes out to make sure that the customer is receiving all items that were ordered to avoid anyfuture complaints and have satisfied customers return to your store. It?s not very difficult to look at a screen, read ordersand add items to a bag. Very disappointment with management and the whole experience. I have been a loyal customer of this location for years. I have seen the service decline so much in the last year, but today was... the tip of the iceberg. I purchased a Southwest Chicken Salad via drive through and while eating it found a moldy tomato. I feltso grossed out by this, much more as I had already consumed the other three. Once would assume the salads and all products arefreshly made and checked before being given to their customers. I called the store to notify them in the case any other tomatoeshave mold and the person on the line says "we could replace you the salad, I got you." When at this point I do not want toconsume any of their salads or food in a while. I am truly hoping to not be sick and if I do I know where I got sick from. A lotof things have to change in this location. Read more
