We ordered Blizzards through drive thru and when the first Blizzard was given to us, the Blizzard leaked. She didn't hold it... upside down long enough if not it would of fallen out. The other 3 Blizzards were all watery. We literally drank them insteadof eating them. First time we didn't enjoy them. Not sure who the female worker was that was yelling at us, " if you want toI'll make them again!" If we got them redone, they would probably be the same. Read more
The reason why I put 2 stars is because it took about 20 minutes to get 3 blizzard's and all of them were melted
Very nice food always hot when ordered, can't complain abt this store. Clean restroom and customer service is good.
The food is good but the service isint that well and it is pricy
The Restaurant across the street from HEB has been one that my family and I have attended for years with really little to no... complaints. However, this last visit was terrible. The Restaurant stunk, the gravy literally looked like grey snot with pepperflakes. The employee who took my order spoke nothing but spanish, which was difficult for me to order, but I got through it. The orders that I put in to go were done immediately and then left to get cold when I finally picked it up, where as at anyother DQ location, the employees would have waited for my ok in order to make it hot fresh. The employee made the ice creamorders to go immediately and I saw him pull them out of the fridge when it was time to go, the blizzard was already melted athird of the way. The employee didn't even attempt to turn it upside down as is the DQ trademark, because he knew that it wouldjust spill out, not to mention he forgot the drinks on the to go order. The hunger buster with pepper jack add mayo and chili cheese fries!!! Great service, and a decent atmosphere! The food took a... little bit to make, but they looked a little short staffed so no biggie. I always love the touch-free option on the drink kiosk.The whole experience was awesome as always, can't wait to go back and try the dessert options when it's a little warmer out lol. Read more
