This place was so filling, tasty, and healthy. The rolls were delicious, and the appetizers were really good too. You don't have... to be used to spice to try the Jalapeño roll or the spicy edamame. Wait staff was very accommodating. I asked for iced greentea and they allowed me to mix in the hot tea with a glass of ice. Ask for Ozzy. Definitely returning! Read more

Ordered several items: 2 types of rolls, sunomono salad and 2 appetizers. Both the Ebi Spicy and Calamari were cold and the... calamari was overcooked. The other items were very good. We had to wait 1 Hr to get our order in comparison to 30 min estimatedtime. Overall I would order again except for the calamari. Read more

Upon arrival to Kumori there was no host nor greeter. Waited about 5 minutes before I could get the attention of a server and... asked if I can take a seat anywhere or if I had to wait to be seated. I was asked to wait to be seated. After waiting foranother 5 minutes to be seated a couple walked in and sat down at the first table they saw. I had to call another server to askif I was gonna get seated or not. She politely apologized and cleaned a table for us and took our order. Food took a while butcame out as ordered. We ordered fried calamari as an appetizer it was not the greatest. We also tried the omega roll in myopinion it was delicious and the salmon fire roll which I probably wouldn't order again as per my liking. I hope to visit againand hope for a better experience. Never fails. Horrible service every. Single. Time. They take forever to answer the phone and they admit that they sometimes... silence the phones so they won’t get more orders around closing time. They say the order wait for curbside is 45 minutes andmake you wait one hour and a half for cold soggy food that is stuck together and burnt! I am not making this up. And that’sbecause I called more than once to tell them I’m outside waiting for my food. They keep responding with “oh we are waitingfor half your order…” yet I only ordered one roll and a side of Yakisoba with a drink about 2 hours ago. By the time Ireceive my order the drink it is already watered down the ice is completely melted so there is no ice in my drink. Horribleoverall experience and I like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will change after waiting along time to go backbut nope. Same service…it’s ridiculous! Read more
