8/16/22 - I just went to McDonald's on 117 America Drive, Brownsville, TX 78526 Ordered a Large Iced Caramel Macchiato, drive... thru cashier asked me to wait on lane 2, waited for 20 min, by this time they had already taken 2 of the same drinks to avehicle parked next to me. I went inside to ask why it was taking so long, the two cashiers just smiled and did not sayanything, a manager walked by I asked again why am I still waiting for my drink, which she responded, I don't know sir, I amover here (cashier side) I don't know what they're doing over there, I asked another lady which seemed like a manager, sheresponded the machine has been broken, I told her again, why are the beverages being served but mine?, she responded theyordered something different, I told her, they ordered the same thing as I did, then she said, here's your drink and have a niceday....I felt so bad and completely ignored, I was literally blown away from her reaction, zero customer service and made mefeel like s.....A simple apology would have been enough! I recently moved back to the U.S. from South Africa, I was really looking forward to treating my kids to McDonald's. What have... they done to the bread here? The buns have a fake taste and feel to them, not at all what I remember as a kid and not at allwhat we had in Africa. Burgers are much better over there, the difference is the bread. So instead of a weekly treat, we are nowonly as a last resort.... Don't eat their garbage unless you really have too.... Read more
