Worst freaking McDonald’s in Brownsville , went and ordered a frappe and 2 cookies and you know how long it took them for them... to make it for me 40-45 minutes and that’s because I finally went up and told them . Is anyone going to make my frappe or what? Skinny shirt girl with glasses just rolled her eyes and went to make it in less than 20 seconds like really . extremely horrible customer service ! RUBY and SHARRY were extremely rude ! Ruby stayed having a stank face and sharry didn’t... wanna “lose her job” for 1 SAUCE FOR 40 nuggets. They were stingy with SAUCE for 40 nuggets they only wanted to give 1sauce! And charge us for the extras ! Since we just starting telling her our order she was already automatically being rude ! Went in around 12 am. Tired having to work all day. Ordered a burger and fries plus ketchup and a bbq. They parked me when no... one in line. They bring me my bag. With only the fries. Cmon. Had to go around drive thru again. Then the blonde heavy set ladygets mad at me like if it\'s my fault y\'all forgot to give me my burger. I paid for it I should be mad. still didn\'t give mecondiments.. you can\'t work with an attitude. But everytime I order even online orders. They still forget something. Read more

Food is always ready on a timely manner. Wide variety of burgers such as the big Mac, the homestyle, quarter pounder with... cheese, chicken sandwich, filet-o-fish, chicken nuggets, happy meals. Several drink options such as sweet and unsweetened tea,sprite, powerade, slushy, ice coffee, hot coffee, etc. Customer service is always great. Love going to McDonald\'s. Read more
It was horrible. After I had told them my order and I came home I found out that the order was wrong. They forgot my order so I... went back. After the second time I ask them for my order they still got it wrong. Finally After the third time they got itright. If they are rookies they need to be put with some veterans/experience cooks working there. SMH Read more
Got typical breakfast meals. 3 mcgriddles to be precise. Same ol same mc flavors. Love it
